I apologize but as of the moment there is no feature or option to check the history of friendship on Xbox Live yet or messages.

How do you know they don't get a suspension?

Other than a generic thank you message that is rarely sent out if action is taken on a report you've filed you are never told the result of any report you've made so can't know 100% if someone has been suspended or not.

As long as you report someone then they will be investigated & the appropriate action taken.

There's no actual way to show unless you've been online for a year and it says the number '1' when viewing your profile. Honestly, my first achievement I got is the way I know how long I've been online. So if you have a 'first' achievement, I suggest doing
that.

How do you know they have not been punished? As a rule you will not be told the result of any report you've filed so have no way of knowing whether these people have received enforcement action or not.

On rare occasions you might get a generic thank message if someone is suspended due to a report you've filed.

You can easily block these people via your console & even set comms to friends only if need be.

First of all JindGryphon xbox sends you a message saying thanks for helping making xbox a better place and have taken action on one of your complaints

They rarely send that thank you message,usually they do not send you any message at all & you are never told the result of any report you have filed so can not know for sure whether someone has been suspended due to a report you've filed.
