    Is there any way to install my Black Ops 2 disc on my xbox 360 to xbox one?


    I have my scratched Black Ops 2 disc installed on my xbox 360, but it wont read on my xbox one. Help.

    I'm trying to purchase black ops II on my Xbox one and it says my account can't purchase this

    my Xbox one won't let me purchase black ops 2 on my Xbox one and I don't have disc for it. Is there a way I can get the game without having to buy a Xbox 360 disc of it?

    Black ops 2 lost!

    so I lost my copy of black ops 2 , however I have a newer version for Xbox one (plays on 360) my question is can I install this to my console (360) and not need the disc since I have Xbox live?

    If you have damaged your disc the disc driver will not be able to read it. I suggest you to get another disc or purchase the digital edition of the game

    Even if I try a game thats clean, for example, I put Mass effect 3 in and it said that game isn't backwards compatible, when it is.

    BOII Unreadable disc error

    I swapped disc drives between my two consoles. One could play Black Ops 2, but I bought it off ebay and it was banned from Live. So I swapped that drive with my other xbox, which cannot play black ops 2, and the new drive in it (Which CAN play Black Ops
    2 in the other xbox) cannot once being installed into the xbox that could not play it. This is clearly not the drives being bad in any way.

    Apologies for the delayed reply. Are you able to try other Xbox 360 discs to see if a similar issue occurs? Does the Xbox One console recognize that the disc is a Black Ops II disc, or does the Xbox One console not acknowledge that any disc is in while Black
    Ops II is in?

    I am having the exact issue with my Xbox one. No there is no message nor does it even realize there is a disk in it. It is the only game having the issue. There is no damage to the disk and Xbox is only a month old. Ops 2 still plays in my 360.

    Backwards compatibility.

    Ok, I have the games installed on Xbox 360 and they are backwards compatible. Black Ops 1 shows up on my Xbox One's ready to install same with Modern Warfare 3 but Black Ops 2 and alot of my other games DON'T show up. I don't understand why.
