Is there any way to get your switch account into Windows 10 without needing to buy the game...

Those games are "Games for Windows Live" and need a Xbox/Microsoft account and a Gamertag...

There must be a way to switch the Microsoft account without Xbox ?

The ONLY way to connect to the xbox one for streaming to a windows 10 PC is through the (Windows 10) Xbox app. You need to sign in the app with your username and password. If someone has your username and password they have ALL THE INFO THEY NEED to be
able to abuse your account. Not to mention they would need your public ip address, AND your xbox ON. Anybody who can master hack all those things is not concerned with buying stuff on your account or sending nasty messages. You make good points to anyone without
a brain. Nice try though!

Okay going to reply to help any others having the same issue. Still this is the most convoluted and ridiculous thing ever that we can't easily switch Xbox accounts but I found out how to get onto the right one.

When you click 'Sign out' in the xbox app, if you click 'Sign in' it will immediately begin signing back into the wrong account. In the 1-2 seconds you have with a pinwheel on screen, there will be font size 10 writing in the top left of the box that says "Not you?". Click it like you're the flash and then you should be able to choose another account. This is as I know it, the absolutely only way to switch accounts without it just forcing you into your primary windows accounts gamertag.

They need to make it so when you click 'Sign in' you either get a choice of your attached windows accounts, or you get a login box. It should be so simple.

To be able to have one account for both Nintendo Switch and PC you will need to have the Windows 10 edition of the game on the PC. As Java and Bedrock (Xbox One, mobile, windows 10, nintendo switch) has different coding in the game.
