Is there any way to fix this app? I've done everything.

The app is absolute garbage. The Halo Infinite Campaign is supposed to be free with Game Pass. But due to the trash app and 2 days of headaches trying to get the thing to install, I bought it on steam and have no regrets.

Now I had the AUDACITY to attempt to play MK 11 (a game I already own on Xbox with cross save, otherwise I would've just bought it on Steam). 3 days of errors, stuck on preparing, stuck on downloading, stuck on uninstalling, stuck on cancelling, blue screens, complete PC crashes and reinstalls, logouts, logins, and so on I get a ****install that's asking me to pay for dlc I already own. At this point I'm tired and just give the 5 bucks and guess what? Doesn't install either. And now it's stuck on uninstalling. I can't even get rid of it now.

Things I've tried -clear cache -reinstalling Xbox app -resetting Xbox app -restoring Xbox app -resetting the entire computer -that one PowerShell fix -installing from Microsoft store (which really just links back to the Xbox app) -installing to a different drive -messing around with device management for the xvd drive that pops up-literally wiping my entire pc to default and loosing years of work and gaming progress

Microsoft, I've been an advocate for Xbox Game Pass since it's creation. It's a great deal and a great service. But after making the move to PC I feel like I'm getting punished for using that service. i'm currently overseas in the military so "just getting a console" isn't an option. Your app is absolute garbage and desperately needs fixing. I think it's saying something when I'd rather pay another 60 dollars for a product I already own, just so it isn't on your platform, multiple times over.

I left it for over 12 hours, still stuck on preparing and added random dlcs to the queue with no "downloading" bar or any texts. And the base game was also added, stuck at downloading 0%.

And now, After a week of trying everything online it led me to reset my entire PC to default, reinstalled Windows, lost everything. And, nothing changed. Exact same problem. I lost countless hours of work and downloading by resetting my PC thinking that would fix as a last resort. Can't even install Undertale and it's not 200 mb. It would be done in SECONDS if I used literally any other service. My PC was WIPED. It's not drivers. It's not an account issue. It's not an update. It's not me. There's NOTHING I can do to fix this. So, I guess I just want someone at Microsoft to know this is an issue after several posts to other forums, with nothing to come of it.

Help me, or refund my entire library of 100+ games I can't access and $1,000's down the drain. I don't even care about my saves anymore.
