Is there any way to cancel for a subscription I haven't paid for?

due subscription is not able to be cancelled until it is paid. You would need a debit/credit card or a paypal account to pay the past due balance unfortunately.

If you have overdue charges you have to pay them to renew/cancel any subscription. Only way to pay them is with CC/debit card or paypal. Once you paid that you can cancel normally again.

Will the kid who's account (gamer handle) on the canceled subscription lose his status on games?

If so, is there a way to not lose it, or to transfer it to the paid subscription?

I have never purchased this please refund total amount paid and cancel any future subscription

Hi Francia, I purchased the subscription today (May 13th) and paid the monthly fee and my account says I’ll be billed again in 15 days and if I cancel it, the subscription page says I’ll only have access to May 27th. The way I see it I’ve only received half what I paid for and I cannot find any way to get in contact with Microsoft. Chat doesn’t work, there is no phone or email option available in Australia
