is there any way to buy xbox live with Microsoft cash?

You never have been able to use prepaid currency on any console or system for subscriptions because you need a renewable payment method

As per the terms and conditions of any dashboard deal

Prepaid membership cards are for pay as you go and your only option for pay as you go

The ONLY ways you have EVER been able to purchase Xbox Live Gold is either with a credit card/paypal or with prepaid Xbox Live Gold subscription cards. That's it. That's the way it has been. Local currency can only be used for games, dlc, music, movies,
etc.

An easy way is to just inform the bank of the purchase, or the test purchase. The only other way is to buy Microsoft Points with cash in hand and buy off amazon or at a store such as Wal-Mart or any other stores that sell it.

Afraifd no way to buy with ms points.

This will not be an issue in a few months as all ms points are being discontinued – currency must then be used on Xbox live i.e. £ or $ etc.

Any unused ms points will be converted to cash.

That is true and I was one of the lucky ones to test the system for the cash and I must say that I enjoy knowing that I can go out buy any amount of MS Points, come home add them to my account and I have cash right there to spend on any game I chose to spend
them on. Yes Microsoft did say this at E3 too, it was covered again at the expo in Germany too
