    Is there ANY way I can switch “my home Xbox” even though my account is permanently banned


    My account is on my brothers Xbox so we could play my games together when I moved out. Now that I’ve received an unfair permanent ban on my account (still not happy about, currently still on the fight but that’s beyond the point) can I switch my Home Xbox over to my Xbox through the website? I know that I can remove my brothers device but I was wondering if I could switch it to mine when I remove his or am I just better off switching consoles with him

    but remember, as you have a perma ban you forfeit all game licences on the account, if the xbox that is classed as home is reset then thats it all your content is gone for good and you will need to repurchase everything.

    Yes. Since that is the Home console for that account, you should still be able to access games from that account on a different one.
