Is there any way i can speak to a human to get my account back???

I have a pretty complicated issue. So apparently my microsoft account was compromised about a year ago and I wasnt paying attention. I made a new account under the same email and I had lost all my products so I recently closed it. I am looking to get my original account back but every security detail had been changed. I have a string of emails in my gmail to prove all of these security changes that I had never approved. I would like to get that microsoft account back and update it to a new email, but every time I try to file a report or call something I am met with robots or cant submit pictures to prove the account was mine. I really need a service employee to talk to to try to get my account back.

sebastian_312, I am very sorry about what happened with your account and I completely understand your frustration, I'm afraid that Microsoft Account support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is by following the methods indicated in the link below.

Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

not all the categories give you the option to request a call or chat online.

if you want either of those options select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select either Request a Call (not always available due to current high demand or time of day) or Chat Online.

you need to sign in for this.

if your problem involves not being able to sign in to your account you can create a new account just to contact Support then explain the issue when you get through.

Not only that, but as you don’t recall the email address, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)
