    my account got hacked and i tried to contact microsoft support and when i did it took a whole 4 hour process and an extra day of waiting for the email to send after me telling them my account just got hacked they made me fill out a bunch of forms and didn't even give my account back. The worst part being they only replied back to my email after i threatened legal action with my lawyer. I'm only trying to get my minecraft account yet they refuse to cooperate can anyone else help me?

    Yes thats whay your automated message says on your so called "online support". In reality in my research there are countless incidents where a person has their account hacked and Microsoft does absolutely nothing about it. Why does such an enormous company not want to help their customers how their customers want to be helped? Get rid of the automated **** and go back to real people. I had this happen when I had an xbox 360 many years ago. I called the support number and in about an hour they got my account back. Your steps are trash and once I find out that the automated **** wont give me my account back I'll never buy this microsoft trash again.

    So what you are explaining to me is that:

    I have absolutely NO WAY of recovering this migrated account that I have spent my hard earned money for, and extra costs adding up to 119 dollars altogether, and I have absolutely NO WAY of getting any of my money back, or any way to get my account back, voiding all the money I worked for and invested into that account.

    What a great company Microsoft is.

    Hello again, this is really weird, ideally contacting Xbox customer service so they can provide you with the best guidance for your case.

    I already went through the recovery form and got the reply that I've mentioned in the thread. Even though my email has nothing to do with my ISP, and the fact that I have the email where it says my password got changed from United States (although I live in EU), and can't do anything to recover my account that is VERY valuable to me is unbelievable.
