Is there any way I can get my denied refunds reviewed?

If you have received a response to your email about your request being denied, you can always reach out to the refund team though that email and dispute the decision since that is monitored by them offline.

If this was a system generated decision, I would suggest requesting a refund using the webform so that it will go directly to the refund team to have this checked for you.

Since you already made your request before, please do this instead:

Choose the option "Why don't I see the purchase in my list?" then "I don't see the purchase"



Choose the last option "none of the above apply, I still can't find my order" then "request a refund"

After you submit this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that’ll include instructions on how you can keep track of the status of your request. They will send you a response with the refund decision within 72 hours.

Have you received an email about this denied refund? You can reply to the email to ask for a review of the refund request. This way they will manually take a deeper look into your refund request.

If you played the game for a significant amout of time, your refund request usually is denied. But you can still reply to the email about the refund denial and explain your reasons to the refund team. They will manually review again your refund request. But if it gets denied again, unfortunately there is nothing you can do.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to speak to the refund specialists, but otherwise, that is the only way to get a refund.
