    Is there any way I can change the email associated to my xbox 360 profile?


    I have a profile on my xbox 360 that I had been using for years, but I don't have the email used for that profile anymore, so I can't sign in to xbox live. I tried changing the email, but after answering all the security questions, the email xbox sent me says that the information I provided is not sufficient to prove I'm the owner. I don't know what else to do to be able to change the email.

    Hello Andrés, unfortunately it is not possible, you would only be able to do so if you had access to the e-mail so that you would change Alias.

    Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com

    Hi there,

    as far as I know you are only able to change the associated Microsoft Account connected to an Xbox Live account via the xbox 360 console.

    Currently there aren't any other ways to change the associated Microsoft Account (email address) sorry

    You signed in with a different email than what is with the account that is associated with your xbox 360 profile you can find the email associated with that profile by signing in on the account on the 360 going to settings and account and then billing info
    and it will show you the email address that is associated with that gamer tag

    Deleting Accounts?

    Entariel, you cannot Delete any Account from the Xbox LIVE/ Games for Windows LIVE Servers. You can only Delete it from a Local Storage Device (HDD) on an Xbox 360. You can however "free" up your Email that is attached (if you
    wish to use it on another Account) by simply changing the Associated Email to another Email.

    Then simply never use the Profile again. You just need a temporary Email (a Hotmail Account is good for this) to change with the Profile you are using now to Post with.

    You just promote your account on your console

    Should be noted you can't change your email if it's a outlook or hotmail account

    Only external emails aliases can be changed
