Is there any way for the ban appeals to work?

alright so I've been having problems with pissing people off and then all of their friends report me resulting in a ban, it's happened about 5 times and every time I try to get a ban appeal Xbox reviews it and denies it, and I k ow it's unfair because I've
been banned TWICE for the same thing and when I wrote that in my appeal they still didn't do anything about it. This time I was playing rainbow 6 and after someone told me "**** you" in a message I told them "**** off" obviously Xbox ignored their message
which I reported and banned me instead for 2 weeks, is there any way I can just get to in unbanned that doesn't involve sending an essay just so an xbox employee can click "Nah go away"?

Suspended account

If you performed the case review appeal already but your appeal was unsuccessful then there won't be any other way of having your account unbanned, The case review appeals process is your only choice for having your ban reviewed.

 

Is there any way to appeal for first time offenses?

Hello, my other account was banned for a friend wanting to be funny and modify my account, and changed the tenure level and my bio, etc, through some third party software, and I wanted to ask if there is any way I can appeal against this. It seems ridiculous
me being banned off of XBL for changing something as small and insignificant as a tenure level that doesn't actually do anything, and it being a first time offense, while I have had a good reputation for all the years I have been on xbox, surely there is some
room for retribution? I think having to start over is a bit harsh, especially since I had just spent a long time getting all the achievements on fallout 3, and had just finished them the night of my ban, haha. I have posted this in the ban section and just
got a generic copy and paste 'You broke the TOC's, the ban will stand as issued.' Hopefully there isn't a computer-written answer here?

Anyone including yourself is upheld to the terms of use

Anyone who violates the terms of use is punished regardless of who starts the fight

Next time block report and ignore

 

he did it first isn't a valid appeal

You are not informed of actions taken on reports that you file, other than an occasional "we took action" message.

To answer your question,the only time a decision is reversed is if the enforcement team made a mistake which is extremely rare.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued to make sure this doesn't happen.

You can't be suspended twice for the same offence.
