    Is there any way for me to repeal or talk to someone about this


    I got told by someone in a party to go kys then I got a suspension bc I txt him back calling him the b word and now I'm suspended, I was just tryina defend myself cause you know I got told to go **** then got cussed at myself, is he going to get banned to or am I just gonna be punished? Bc of what he. Did??? Can I talk to support???

    I am very sorry that this is this way, knowing that the issue of refunds is more common than you think, the company works as best as possible to fix all types of errors and respond to all requests, I would like to know if your son was using more than 14 days the game without asking for a refund? Because if this is the case, the refund can be requested before those 14 days, otherwise the refund is denied by rule.

    Kinda. He was playing the game for about three weeks with the content included before he bought the DLC pack. He’s then continued playing afterwards for a week before I realised, managed to unlock his acount (he’d changed and then forgotten his password) and put in the refund request.

    It’s then taken two weeks for Microsoft to respond during which he has played the game - I didn’t see there being an issue since it’s not a refund of the original software, but a refund of a second copy mistakenly bought on the same console.

    Account hacked, Xbox support has helped with nothing.

    I appreciate the response but like I’ve said, there isn’t any Xbox support agents that have helped me, is there any way I can talk to someone directly about it, I’m not getting any help and the account recovery team I can only talk to through email, and they take at least a day or 2 to respond
