Is there any update on the purchase and content usage issue?

I can't play Destiny 2 Forsaken, which I pre-ordered with the annual pass back in June, because the purchase won't go through. I have MORE than enough credit on my account but it will only let me select a card as payment option and when I look for it in
the store on my console it says it's already installed.

Same here, xbox needs to update us on this purchase and usage content error.

 

from the looks of it I believe they are still working on it however, I am a bit taken back by the fact that this has been going on since 6/22 when we are 9/2 right now. Best I can tell you is to wait until its over to do anything.

I just checked my order history and my pre-order has been fully cancelled due to this issue, and the only other way to get the annual pass would seem to be purchasing the Complete Collection, which means I have to pay EXTRA money for content I already
own.

 

I would suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone, they will be able to see what is going on and can hopefully resolve this issue.

 

I've previously contacted support, they just told me the same stuff. Service outage, keep checking the status page, yadda yadda yadda. What I want is some sort of actual information about their progress on this issue, instead of them just leaving us in the
dark about something that they've supposedly been working on for months.
