There are no additional switches available you'll just have to wait it out.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

On the console where you want to set the account as Home Xbox, go to Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox > Select "More info" > Check if you see the "Need one more?" section > Complete the survey and you'll get an extra switch.

It's important to mention that this survey doesn't appear for all accounts, it's random, if it doesn't appear unfortunately there are no further procedures to follow, as Xbox support doesn't offer additional switches.
