    Is there any problem with the xbox one store?


    i´ve been trying to buy Xcom 2 DDE with my debir card but every time i try to purchase it, a message apperas saying " contact with microsoft assistance" do i have to contact assistance or there´s a way to fix this.

    P.D. at the bottom there´s some kind of error code I assume, "94sYq9pUf0eniR4Q.37.1.11

    Please I really need some help

    Everything works without any problems. So what I had stored on the Cloud on the X360 I uploaded the same save files to Xbox One. It's a good idea because the X360 games can't store on the new Xbox One system.
