Is there any possible way of recovering my xbox account with progress in a few games?

Kindly go to https://account.microsoft.com/. Once there, click the circle in the upper righthand corner of the screen. Then click login.

If you have the email, a mobile number, or a secondary authentication app connected to your account, should choose that option. Microsoft will send a code to the associated account once selected. When the code is received, use it to log in to your account. After logging in, reset your password.

If you don't have any of those recovery options connected to your account, click on the selection that says, “I don’t have any of these.” Clicking on that link will send you to a form from Microsoft. Fill it out, including all pertinent information, and Microsoft will contact you and try to help you regain access to your account.

If that doesn't work, sadly it means the account is lost.

The only way you can access your Minecraft account is via your Microsoft Xbox Account. The only way possible to recover an account is as mentioned above, filling the recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr

If you're unable to recover your account, you may have to accept that your account is lost forever and everything that is inside of it. Including purchased games and game progresses. There is no Support that can assist you otherwise.

I did, still no luck are there any other possible way I can recover my account?

A few months ago, my Microsoft account got hacked and its email was changed, so I can’t access it anymore. On that account, I had tons of games purchased that I want to download and play on my new PC. Would it be possible to transfer the game library? Not the whole Xbox profile though, just the purchases.

Nothing is transferable between accounts. Even if it were possible (which its not) youd still have to have access to the original account.

The only way of recovering your purchases is recovering the account.

I'm sorry to say, but the recovery form is the last resource if we talk about recovering an account. So if you're not able to submit the form, it is not possible to recover it.

Besides that, it is important to mention that it is not possible to transfer any kind of content between Microsoft accounts, this includes progress, purchases, profiles, etc.
