    I ask this question because a lot of posts have been made recently about a number of errors, particularly 0x800706ba, but none have been answered, not even to let us know these errors are being investigated and when there will be a solution. So what is
    the point of this forum? Are we wasting our time posting here?

    Is There Any Truth To This?

    Somewhere I have a post aqbout the a possible purchase of another console. Specifically the $99 one. However, I have since learned that I can't do that unless I fork out something like $359.76 for a 2-yr Live sub (?). So no go with that. A poster mentioned
    that if I buy the console and agree to all that and then stop payment on the Live that the console itself can be just deactivated. Is there anything to that?

    Asking for help is ok, but it's not allowed on the forums to ask for codes for ANY kind of content or points, and you aren't allowed to offer or ask for sales and purchases with ms points.
