Is there any hope for my hacked account?

Hello all. i have been having issues for a long time about a microsoft account of mine. It has been hacked a few months ago and the security information has been changed. i contacted Microsoft Support about this, multiple people in fact. i created a new account, which i am writing this on, and the ticket has been escalated. I sent a notepad file with my information to a website, and i got an email not long afterwards. They told me that security information has been changed, meaning it is out of their control to recover the account. they have verified that there has been unauthorised access to the account. i have made a lot of friends, progress, achievements, payments and more on that account, and i really do not want it to be lost forever. if someone can help, i would really appreciate it.

okay, i have contacted support and they said they can't recover it. is there anyone who can?

I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account. In such cases, the only thing you can do is submit a recovery form. If you can still perform actions with your email, you can fill out the recovery form and the responsible team will help you recover your account.

In case you have filled out the form and this did not help you at all, the only thing I would recommend is to contact support by message (live chat) or by call since they can help you, here it is only a help forum from the Microsoft community where we are all players like you, therefore we do not have access to this type of information to recover accounts.

I tried both of those steps. they said that security details have been changed meaning it is out of control of support to change the security details. What can i do to get it back?

I have already tried all of those steps. it has not worked, and what i need is the recovery email to be changed back to what it was, and the password back to what it was, and the main email to be changed back to what it was before July. The team has verified my identity, and that there was unauthorised access. they say it's not in their power to change security information. i don't think it should work like that. is there any option to get the account back?
