    Is there any hope for achievements overhaul?


    Hello there beautiful people.

    I was just wondering if we’ll get a platinum like system for 100%ing a game. It’ll be a really great incentive for achievement hunters like myself and many others.

    It's August: Does Microsoft intend to fix the issues with X1 anytime this year?

    I hope they don't overhaul the ui too much. If I see the 360 ui on the x1 I will be annoyed.

    Sorry to hear that, but it can be fixed.

    1st step.- You will need to go to account.live.com you will see the option" Can't access your account?"

    2nd.- Follow the steps, at some point when you get told that it needs to send you an email to an alternate email, or phone whatever...you will have another option that says something like "I don't have any of those" some thing similar. That will send you
    to fill out a form online asking you several questions about the email account, + some of the xbox account.

    3rd.- Do not use a tablet or cellphone, will not work from those. Use a laptop or desktop

    4th.- When you fill out the form you will be asked to enter an email to send you the answer of the form. The answer takes at most 24 hrs to arrive. If the system thinks the info you enter is enough to validate ownership, you will get a link to reset password.
    If not, you will get an email telling you the info was not enough... If that is the case, then call support 1 800 469 9269 and tell them you forgot your pass and already filled out the form online and got a negative answer.

    At that point, if it is the Billing section, they will need to escalate the issue to a Tier 3 department, just make sure when you call support to tell them, have your console that you usually use to connect and hand bcs they will need some info from it,
    also have the email with the negative answer at hand bcs there is some important info there that they will need.

    The issue can surely be fixed, sorry that you had all those issues, my best regards with your case

    This shouldn't be any problem, for official support personnel, or someone in the technician field (Tier 3), to put their gloves on, and be able to resolve your situation.

    I'm not trying to be judgemental, regarding your situation, but sharing such login credentials is a strict violation to the Code of Conduct. This has to do with the fact that it's extremly important to protect your account information from falling into the
    wrong hands, which also include, but not limited to, family members.

    I would recommend that you create your own Xbox Live account, tied to a unique Microsoft account. This profile will make you look more awesome (if possible), than your husband does. :)
