    Is there any explanation for this Xbox 360 black screen error?


    I have this odd feeling MS is scamming us, and bricking our Xboxes.

    Is there any explanation?

    Did Anonymous attack?

    Is it just a bug caused from an update?

    I mean, we're on day 4 now. It's time for it to be fixed, or, we at least get this little thing called an explanation.

    Purchase screen disappears

    I am trying to redownload Black Ops 2 but when I press download again it takes me to the purchase screen then automatically exits me out. Is there any explanation for this and any ways to fix it?

    Xbox 360 "Games" tab is missing

    Xbox 360 home screen is not appearing for multipal players including myself, They all report that they have tried restarting the console and nothing worked. Any explanation for this?

    Exactly the same happend to me. First it froze on the initial screen, now its a black screen...can't exchange ordered with amazon, have to wait... :-( Very very sad...Had Xbox 1 , Xbox 360 - never these kind of error...

    There is no error message just a black screen then the user is returned to the Xbox dashboard.
