Is there any chance you can help me out with getting Saints Row 4

I tried to purchase the game while it was free with gold but could not due too a backwards compatibility issue you guys seem to going through at the moment. I have had multiple chats to the support staff and they said coming here would be the best option
for receiving the game.

I need someone to co-op Saints Row for Xbox One

There wasn't a section for this in the Xbox One forums so I decided to post here. I'm looking for someone to help me co-op Saints Row on Xbox One. Is there anyone out there that can help me? It just seems like no one plays Saints Row when I look for a game.

 

Which one should I pickup Gta V or Saints Row IV?

I wouldn't start with saints row 4 as you have not played any of the Saints Row games. Start with the first game, apart from it being the only one with out co-op. It is still the best. Better than GTA 1-4. Saints Row 2 was an excellent follow up. The series
starts to get over the top silly with 3 and 4. But these 2 have some of the best usage of background music during missions in any game.

Really surprised people are saying to start with Saints Row 4. It's final part of the series, you wouldn't know how it got to that point with out playing the first ones. It's like no one bothered to read your post.

i did, i was told to wait till the next game and see if the issue was still happening with other free with gold 360 games. It is the same still, i cant get grid ether.

The issue that 360 backwards compatible games are just not alloing me to download them, on my 360 one or pc despite still having gold and working for any xbox one game with gold

You must use the region migration tool

You need to clear your browser cache

Security proofs must be upto date at all times unfortunately if you don't remember them you can't chance them for 30days that's on you

It was the message that went along the lines of, this transaction cannot be made, "Your account is unable to make this kind of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your xbox." Despite trying to make the purchase on both my 360 and
my one. So then i talked to the help desk who said try it on your pc, this did not work ether and it is nothing to do with payment options as i can still purchase anything else. No matter the rating or content in a game.

 

my everything is fine, i went through it all with the help desk, apperently it was a known issue and i was informed it was going to be fixed by the 30th in time for me to download the game, i have the email confirming that

Why did you not try and redownload it on that day

There is no extensions given you can only download during the time period no one has the power to reinstate it

I'm not sure how support fixed your issue

The error you are getting is because you have an child account and no parental settings can fix it without a 360

Unless you escalated by sending photo ID to Ms corporate support
