Is there an issue with the Xbox rewards website at the moment?

Is there currently an issue with the Xbox rewards website?

I logged in today 09MAR17 and the service doesn't recognise me as having an account - despite the fact that I should have henfollowing points pending;

250 for survey completion

6000 for preordering Mass Effect Andromeda and spending over £39 in the month of MAR

...the website also doesn't return my

2 star VIP status or the date I joined the service.

you should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

 

Not able to use my account as a payment method

if you got xbox rewards it applies whenever you buy from the console or website anwyays there is no website specific rewards

most of the time its the dashboard that does it



with the last update you must buy from, the console as the website hasn't been updated or you can wait a couple days till they update the website

just saying you will save yourself a lot of hassle

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I can confirm your purchase on our database, as well as completion of the Simply Rewarding offer (and a Games on Demand punch). Once our website is displaying current data, you should see these Credits pending.
