Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn’t have such an app available on Xbox consoles.
However, I can suggest you move the pictures from this CD to a USB drive and connect it to your console, you can view the images in that way.

You may try to check if this is playable on the CDR app from the Xbox.

Just search for the app on the Xbox store or you may try downloading it here:

Once done, try opening the app and try your CD to see if it can be played.

Microsoft is such scam artists don't bother with them, What i'd do is go to a local store that sells blank cds , like cdr etc, and put music on the cds and save it to your hard drive. U can't play ipod music because microsoft wants to be so special and restrict
there product

Sorry... all games are stored and saved on my WD drive. Not the Xbox One S console. Only thing I have installed on the console is the OS, Apps. All games (digital and CDs) are stored on the WD drive. Set to primary as well for all games.
