Is there an appeal system/ support email

I have some play anywhere games on disc. i am heavily pissed off that i can't get them on my pc. is there any official email etc that i can complain on? I feel like i paid for a game that i can't access.

Sorry to hear about the misunderstanding. Maybe you can return the disc version and re-buy it digitally?

Xbox Play Anywhere website. Note the first paragraph:

"Buy once, play anywhere

Purchase an Xbox Play Anywhere digital game, play it on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC at no additional cost."

play anywhere only works for digital copies, so there's no way to appeal.

Hello Cal,

If you get denied you will have to reply to the email to appeal the decision. Support agents will refer you to fill out form and reply to email also unfortunately.
