Discus and support is there a work around for the Sound BlasterX G6 and the xbox series x to work properly in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; i got my Xg6 just find out that no audio is coming through. luckily i still have my astro amp but i don't want to use that anymore.. any suggestions or...     i got my Xg6 just find out that no audio is coming through. luckily i still have my astro amp but i don't want to use that anymore.. any suggestions or am i stuck till an update comes out

    Ext. Sound Card/ DAC / Mixamp

    Hey there,

    I'm using the Headset beyerdynamic MMX300 with the Astro Mixamp Pro TR (gen3). Now I want to change the DAC to a Creative Soundblaster G6. Now after a lot of reading I got the information that no DAC has a passtrough for partychat exept the mixamp and the
    the turtle beach TAC.

    So my question why other Manufacturer aren't supported and if it's possible to realize my plan with the G6. My idea would be to work with Y-cables or adapters.

    So my mic would be connected with the controller and (maybe with the xbox chat adapter)

    and the sound/output should pass through the DAC.

    Would that work or other ideas for a really good DAC with supported partychat.
    From what I can see on the official page https://en.creative.com/p/amplifiers/sound-blasterx-g6

    seems that this will works without issue with Xbox One

    No voice chat while using an external amp

    The first major issue is that the manufacturer of the sound blasterx G5 has chosen not to support comms on Xbox One.

    If you have some of those in ear, ear buds, like you get with some phones, you might be able to use those as well as a headset, then you can use the sound blasterx for with either the ear buds and then use the headset for comms. Or something like that.

    Since the sound blasterx G5 doesn't support comms on Xbox One, you might just have to not use it on the Xbox One S.

    Have you tried using the Xbox App as a work around? or perhaps using voice chat on discord could also work.

    Xbox Series X not working properly
