Is there a way y'all can unlink a banned Roblox account? From my. Microsoft account.

To confirm, was it his Xbox account that was permanently banned or his Roblox account?

If it was his Xbox account, I am afraid that we can only do so much about it. You may need to contact the Roblox Support team to help you unlink his Roblox account from his perma banned Xbox account. Since it's an in-game account linking/unlinking issue, Microsoft doesn't have full control over it but the publisher/developer.

It can only be unlinked from the roblox side as it is linked on their servers, microsoft has no access. you can try and contact roblox support but as it is a perma ban then they may not let you unlink it as that would defeat the purpose of a ban.

Firstly, to verify if your Xbox gamertag was used to create a Roblox account, you can try logging into Roblox using your Xbox gamertag credentials. If you are able to log in successfully, then it means that your Xbox gamertag was used to create a Roblox account.



If you are unable to log in, you can try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" option on the Roblox login page. If the email associated with your Xbox gamertag is linked to your Roblox account, you should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.



Once you have verified that your Xbox gamertag was used to create a Roblox account and have access to it, you can proceed with unlinking it from your Xbox account. To do this, you will need to log in to your Xbox account and go to the "Linked social accounts" section. From there, you can unlink your Roblox account.



After unlinking your Roblox account, you can then link it to your PS4 account. To do this, you will need to log in to your Roblox account and go to the "Account Settings" section. From there, you can link your PS4 account.

1. EA are the only ones who can unlink the account as it is linked on their system.

2. If you are banned then they will not unlink so that way you cannot get around the ban. The only way around it is create a brand new Xbox account and as has been said, start from scratch.

3. Bans are issued for reasons, they would be no good if you could just unlink and create a new EA account and relink your current Xbox account.
