    Is there a way to unlink an activision account after already unlinking a different account...


    I was trying to connect the Mountain Dew promotion to my account for activision but it kept telling it was already linked to a different account so after I went though my emails I finally was able to link it to my new email but without realizing since it’s an email that wasn’t connected to activision I have now lost my rank my camos I worked on and even my beta operator calling cards and emblems I have been trying and trying to get ahold of activision but there’s no way I even found out it takes 12 months to relink it back reguardless I’d rather have my beta stuff then this Mountain Dew stuff

    Thank you. I can’t get a hold of anyone at Activision either. Crazy. We have paid for skins also
    All you can do is submit a support ticket here:

    https://support.activision.com/options

    That being said coming from someone who personally had this same issue in the past they won't let you unlink again before the 12 months is up. They dont make any exceptions unfortunately.

    How can I contact them I tried looking for an email I tried calling their customer support and ect and each time it’s says they’re customer is the online support now so I have ran out of options I really don’t know what to do other then complain

    No there isn’t I tried everything emailing calling looking for ways or loop holes around they’re so strict on having to wait 12 months it’s ridiculous you’ll just have to push forward but I know you or your son can do it!

    I'm sorry I'm not getting in touch, I understand that it can be a little more difficult indeed.

    The only thing at the moment I can help would be to send the official link if you don't have it yet.
