Is there a way to transfer the digital right of a game from one account to another

My brother got a game for us a while ago and I have to constantly log into his account in order to play it on mine. Is there a way to make me own the game instead so I wont have to do it?

The license transfer tool is to transfer your licenses to another console in case you get a new console, not to transfer licenses between accounts. There is no way to transfer digital licenses to another account.

If you did not want to lose access to your brothers games on his account you will need to continue game sharing with that account. There is no way to transfer digital game license from one account to another.

 

There is no way to transfer the license for a game between accounts.

If your you set your console as your brothers profiles home console then you should be able to play any of his digitally purchased games and use his gold without him being signed in at the same time.

Keep in mind that you can only switch what console you have set as a profiles home console 5 times a year.
