Is there a way to transfer Halo Infinite cosmetics from one account to another?

So I made a new Xbox account to play game pass 360 games but now my halo cosmetics and unlocks are spread between an old account i used as a kid and my current account. I am able to login to my old account on Xbox but not via Xbox app/online because I no longer know the password. I was hoping to transfer my stuff to my new account but since the halo support bot says that cosmetic grants cannot be done I’m wondering if someone else can help me out or if there’s a way to do it and someone can show me.

You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.
