Is there a way to share COD AW DLC with separate accounts on the same xbox one?

I recently bought a personalization pack. I was signed into my main account when I did this. I was hoping that by purchasing the pack I would be able to use this content with my secondary account which I use mostly to play COD AW. When I logged into my secondary
account I was unable to use the dlc. There was a message that read, you have already purchased this content but I couldn't use it with my secondary account. I then bought a separate personalization pack with my secondary account and I was not able to use it
on my primary account. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it with my secondary account but that didn't work. I don't have the option of repurchasing it with my secondary account either. I tried deleting my main account on my xbox to see if my secondary
account could then be able to use the content but no dice. I have the season pass and am able to use the new havoc dlc maps with both accounts, although sometimes the AE4 is usable with my secondary account and sometimes it isn't. Is there a solution to this?
Would purchasing a gold membership for my secondary account fix this? Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

family sharing dlc

I have a 9 year old brother who has a silver xbox live membership and i have a gold membership, is there any way that we cold share our content? it would be a waste of money to buy the same dlc twice. his account was made on my xbox but he recently got my
old one when i got an upgrade for christmas. So we now have separate xboxs, how can we share content?

Are both accounts signed in that would be the the easy way also theres that share gold thing look into that if all else fails

Necrolarker, I'm assuming that you're using your secondary account on the same Xbox console that is your "home" console for your main account. I am having the same issue with the secondary account being unable to access some variants of the AE4, but it can
access all other DLC associated with my main account (map packs, zombies, etc.). This happens for me whenever only the secondary account is signed in. I haven't had an issue so far with the main account logged in.

I have been unable to find a solid fix for it, but if you're only signed in with the secondary account, often closing the game, logging out, then logging back in and restarting the game will correct the problem. Other times I will ignore the issue but find
15 minutes later that the AE4 variants are suddenly available again. I'm not sure if there is anything you can do on your end to correct this issue while logged into the secondary account only. I think khigg's suggestion of logging in the main account (even
if you aren't playing the game with it) is a good one, and so far I haven't had an issue as long as the main account is logged in.

DLC cannot be shared by multiple accounts on different consoles.

Each account has to purchase the DLC separately.

ie; If you were to purchase a CoD map pack on your account on your console, then your dads/sisters account would also have to purchase the same map pack on their account on their console.

Hey there, GGK Nuts! All pre-order DLC in bundles is specified for the account that made the purchase only. These items would not be available to anyone else on the Home console unless they had also purchased the special editions of the game while they are
available. While the content in the Season Pass for CoD is available to you, that is likely because it wasn't in a bundle with CoD: AW itself and bought separately.

Hopefully that explains how bundles work with Home sharing a little bit better!

The only games which I have on Xbox 1 that has zombies are Minecraft and COD AW. I like-like and love playing zombies on COD BO2 on Xbox 360. I play that game everyday. My favourite map is Buried but have all the DLC map packs. In COD AW, you're zombies
have guns and it isn't the same as COD BO2 zombies.

Is there a way to share COD AW DLC with separate accounts on the same xbox one?
