Is there a way to see how many hours you’ve put into an app?

Is there a way to check how many hours you've put into the game. I've put maybe 20+ hours but I can't really prove it.

After you save, go to the load screen and your save file will have the hour count on it.

Ah, ok, thanks. I wanted to see how many hours I've put into Skyrim. I couldn't find anything like that in-game. I've seen people posting on Twitter about how many hours they've put into Skyrim. I guess they're just keeping track? lol That'd be a nice
feature to add to the xbox live stats.
