    Hi! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here. Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I also see multiple reports regarding 100% packet loss. As checked on their Service Status page https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status there are no known issues yet about connectivity. I suggest to report it using the Report button on that page and select Devices & networking.

    You could also report the issue via Report a problem app so they can further diagnose the issue. Check the guide here https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

    Can't add 12 moths of XBL to my account

    Same problem , Customer support told me today ( i try to redeem the code for 5 days) that the issue it's maybe caused by the insider program.

    Tried to redeem from 2 different Xbox , internet page , Lumia phone xbox app. Nothing worked.

    Sent a reporting from the Insider Hub .

    How do I get assistance with a bug?

    Install the "Xbox Insider Bundle" from the Store. It doesn't matter if you're an insider or not - you can install it either way.

    Once installed, replicate the issue, then hold down the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the shutdown screen, as if you were going to turn the console off. On that screen you will see a new "Report a problem" option. Click on that, then you'll figure out what to do from there.

    That will create logs that, along with your bug report, will be sent to the devs, however, it's obviously not guaranteed that your issue will be fixed. It's the best way to report an issue though, because of the logs created by the console.

    sorry there is no way to check the status of any investigation of players that have been reported all you can do is check the names of the users reported to see if A: they have code of conduct which means enforcement has been taken on them, or B: see if
    they have had their game score rest and the CHEATER brand has been added, or C: see if they post in the suspension/ban section asking why they were banned, that is all you can do.

    If you're on an insider build, then please make sure to
    file a report to the developers.
    You might also find better results asking other Insiders if they're seeing something similar at the
    Xbox Insiders Subreddit. There you'll find more Insiders, see if they're having the same issue, and they might have better troubleshooting steps for you to try on the Build your
    on. This can happen with the pre-release builds with the Insider Program.

    In addition to posting there, I'd recommend you check your Microsoft Account page, and check Services & Subscriptions for the status of your Gold or if there are any other issues listed there. It'll have the status of your subscription, when it was renewed,
    when it will be charged again, and if there are any issues. You can also check your Order History under Payments & Billing there for when it was last charged on your account.
