Is there a way to report people who abuse account recoveries?

I can't understand how XBox is OK with Account Recoveries, a majority of them being PAID account recoveries, to access end game content in particular video games to make up for a deficiency in skill. I see it on Twitch all the time, where people even advertise
for this service.

Is this against ToS? Is there a way to report these kinds of abuse?

How does Microsoft deal with false reports?

Anyone who abuses the reporting feature risks enforcement action themselves.

As long as you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

The only way to report someone is via your console.You should also block this person as well.

A report via your console is the only way the enforcement team will investigate someone.

I think it's actually called "power leveling".

This type of service requires that you pay money to lend your account to somebody to play the game for you,
so this is definitely a violation of the
Xbox Code of Conduct. This gives a stranger full access to your account, thus making this service a high security risk that can result in fraud.

Microsoft has their own methods of automatically detecting fraudulent activity with accounts, but submitting reports through Xbox can also bring it to XBLPET's attention.

No because I don't enjoy reporting people even though I probably should've but thats not my style. I report people who abuse the games themselves. People abusing other people on the platform has been going on forever and although its not right, it has
basically become second nature on the platform so I don't report it.

And what about the victim? They have to get repeatedly harassed for the opposer to get a permanent ban, and then they just make a new account and start over again. Meanwhile that victim can develop depression. The system is not efficient for people who repeatedly
abuse people. On Xbox 360, they used to IP ban people so that it was not worth harassing people but the system now is not at all good for players who get repeatedly harassed. The guy who I retaliated towards had his mate start messaging me and it wasn't abusive
but I had no way of asking him to stop or anything and I couldn't report it because he only messaged me once.

Sorry to here but the general rule of thumb is every reply to people who message abusive content but rather report them and block them
