    Is there a way to report hackers to Microsoft?


    Hey guys, my brothers Xbox account was hacked into today and the individual who did it deleted his account. We know who the individual who is responsible for it is due to him threatening to do so to my brother beforehand. If there is anything I can do
    it would be great to get some help.

    did you reach out to Microsoft support to try and get your brother's account back ? ... as for the hacker do you have recorded prove of the threat if not I don't think Microsoft can do anything to them .

    You would report them through their profile. The enforcement team will investigate from there.

    Reporting on your console is the only way to report hackers, no one from microsoft will see this.

    Unless the person has used a hack to add that shotgun to the game, they will not have violated the code of conduct and microsoft will not act.

    If your internet connection has been attacked you need to report that to your ISP, as they are the only ones that can do anything for you.
