After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 24 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

All you need to do is to go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!
After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!
