Is there a way to recover a lost account?

So I've lost an account over 5 months ago now. It was tied to an email I made when I was a kid, and don't have access to this email anymore. I am still connected to this account via my Xbox One. But, I am unable to log into my account anywhere else. It is locked out due to incorrect password attempts, and I cannot change the password because I am unable to reach the old email. I've tried to recover it several times to no avail. Even after giving Microsoft my personal information that is tied to the account. I am losing hope! I just wanted to play Minecraft :'(. Please help!
