Is there a way to receive sound notification when recording begins in xbox game bar?

I have tried every setting I can find for sound and game bar. I found nothing that controls the volume of app output when Game Bar is recording.

But where exactly do you mean when you say "sound of the Game Bar in Windows Settings"

Ok, let's try it this way. I'm on a PC. I have the APP running. No notifications come through when I'm in-game. No sounds either, that lets me know when I received a message.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows + I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.
