    Is there a way to purge my bank/paypal from all xbox accounts its attached too?


    I'm being charged 24$ a month for something on Microsoft but I haven't played any Microsoft/Xbox games in over a year, the payment's not on my Xbox account and I never gave anyone I know access to my bank/PayPal or put it on their account. Is there some
    magical button somewhere I can press that will remove my bank/PayPal off of any and all Xbox accounts its attached too?

    I am trying to use PayPal to complete a balance on my son's xbox one, but for some reason, the payment is being declined I am currently waiting for new credit card from bank, but my bank account is attached to my PayPal account. Not sure what the problem

    how do i add a paypal account to my xbox account so i can pay with it?

    Your Paypal account either needs to have a valid credit card attached or a positive money balance, which can be transferred in from an attached bank account or another Paypal account.

    You can try contacting billing to see if there is anything they can do, but otherwise, no. You'd have to be able to sign into the account in order to remove it. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Does all the billing information on your Paypal account match that of your Xbox LIVE account? Does the Paypal account have a valid credit card attached or a positive money balance (attached bank account may not be recognized)?

    If your paypal does not have a bank account or credit card attached you must add one. That is the only way the paypal can be added to your account.
