This the is easily the worst, and most frustrating UI I've ever experienced.

There must be a way to hide junk you can't use?

Didn't relies i had a tenure problem till my account was suspended to the year 9999

If your tenure level was modified to show that you have been gold LONGER then you actually have been, the only way this can happen is if outside means were used to modify it. This falls under unauthorized modification of your profile and is a ban able offence.
Just like modding your avatar. There has been some issues with tenure levels being LOWER then what people have actually been gold, but as far as I know the only way your tenure will show that you have been gold longer then you actually have been is if you
modify your level.

Display Age Rating & Player Number?

Is there a way to have the age rating & number of players allowed on the game's as you browse?

Or at least to make only games that the child account can actually play show up. They all show up then we have to pick through them to see what he can play, such a pain!

Also knowing how many people can play at a glance would be nice too.

contact Ubisoft directly. Only Ubisoft can tell you if you actually comply the requirements to receive additional contents.

Also it is not actually recommended you use the tool in that way

As region locked content wouldnt work

in case you don't know it, the profile that bought the game/dlc/content will always have the license for that content.

A profile with the license can redownload the content on any console and use it whenever the console is connected to xbox live.

But to answer the questions, there is no way (that I know off) to check the licenses on a console, other then trying to use the content with the profile that bought it when the console isn't connected to xbox live. If the content shows up as trial then the
license isn't on the console, if the content shows as the full game the license is on the console and on the profile.

Only the profile that bought the content, can use the full content on the console where the license is.

one thing I have found that may be useful in this situation...

There is a difference in adult content settings and an actual adult account.

Anyone can say they are any age by putting in any birthdate.

The only way Xbox can actually verify that you are actually an adult is if you have
a credit card that is in your name associated with your account.
