Is there a way to login to my Xbox account on mobile

Every time I try to log in to my account on a mobile device through the app I will click the sign-in button then it will redirect me to a website then it would just say "This site can't be reached". Is there a way to fix this if I log in on my computer it's fine?

That is strange! If the app is up to date and your browser it should work as well. I am out of ideas but no worries! I will open this thread for others to share their knowledge or solution for this issue. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

Thanks for providing the screenshot of the error! Can we try one last thing? This time, please try to change the date and time of your device. Make sure it is correctly setup for your region or simply set it on automatic.

Just go to your device Settings again and go to time and date settings. After doing so, restart your device and access the app. If same issue persist, please do let me know.

Sorry about that 1Lampy! Do you have a screenshot of the error? Can you try signing in to https://account.xbox.com/profile first?

Please try accessing the link but using the browser of your mobile device. Keep your account signed in and then go to the Xbox app next. Let us know here if same issue persist.
