Is there a way to load discs in without putting one disc in at a time?

I think the answer here is No. Not 100% sure on the question though.

Are you asking is there a way to "stack" more than one disc in the reader? The Xbox only has the one disc reader and it only holds one disc at a time.

Are you thinking of connecting an external disc reader on USB and hoping to queue things that way? Don't know that will work based on drivers being needed.

Are you trying to queue installs? You should be able to queue installs, but the game won't launch without the disc in.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Unfortunately, there is no way to queue multiple disk games. You can however take your console offline and install multiple disks that way. They do go quicker as they are not getting the update at the same
time. To go offline go to settings>network>network settings>left hand column select go offline.

No unfortunately you can't que discs, they have to be installed one at a time.

So my Xbox One had the disk grinding issue too. I was able to get it to read discs though.

Listening to the 'grinding' sound - it seemed like it was the motor that loads the disc into the slot. It seemed like it kept trying to load the disc even after it was all the way in the drive. On a hunch I put the disc barely in the drive - no enough to
grab the disc but enough for the 'loading' motor to start running. After a second or two I put the disc all the way in. This time the disc was loaded normally and started to spin up. I'm still going to replace the unit, but at least I can play the games I
purchased on disc until the advanced replacement unit arrives.
