Is there a way to link my Xbox live account and Reddit account without a PC?

Let me rephrase my question, the email linked to my xbox live account has been deleted, my new email is the one i want linked to my account, when i sign in to xbox live i see my non existing email address in the top right corner, all i want to do is change
the Email that is linked to my account. Is there any way i can do this without creating a new account???

Talked with "Ambassador". I was sent to my Microsoft PC account via a website link. Then the Ambassador abandoned me with the "follow link directions" statement. PC account does not have a record of my Xbox account. I cannot get the PC to notice my Xbox

Hope you're doing well today. You mentioned you're trying to attach social media accounts to your Xbox Live Profile.

There are two ways to link the social accounts to your Xbox Profile. You can link through the console by navigating to settings > account > linked social accounts.

The second way is to use the Xbox Console Companion App on a Windows Device. Once again, navigate to the settings cog > general settings > Linked Social Accounts.

Reddit's password authentication is through their services, please contact Reddit support as password related issues from another company cannot be resolved in these forums.

As for Twitch, recommend unlinking the account and re-linking to see if it will load correctly.
