Is there a way to have an Xbox account banned for good?

I'm not saying do it if there is a way, I'm just wondering is there a way I can request my account be banned permanently without the ability to come back on it, if I was to want that to happen?

The only way to get someone banned is to file a complaint against them if you think they are breaking the rules.

They will then be investigated by the enforcement team & if they are found to be breaking the rules then the appropiate action will be taken.

You cannot just ask for an account to be banned.

 

I mean if I'm the owner of the account, not some random account that's annoyed me.

 

No. There's no way to have an account banned unless it has violated the terms of service.
