Is there a way to get this profile back?

Hey there. I had another profile some years ago that had a ton of DLC and such that I want to play but is not available without the account on which I downloaded it.

If memory serves (this has been awhile), it may have been before it had to be linked to a Microsoft account. At any rate, I don't know the email address, and the profile seems to have been deleted from the harddrive. Would this profile have been removed
from existence after a few years or is there a way to get it back?

Hello Brock, sadly there is no way to merge XBOX Live accounts. Would be cool if you could though!

I had an old xbox live profile from my long dead original console, but I did not use it for online content or gaming much. I have had my current console for about a year. I have not been using it for anything live in that time because of job, life, family,
but I finally decided to connect and I renewed my old expired Gold account. I had to renew the account under my old profile because it is still associated with my primary email account. Unfortunately, I created a new profile when prompted after I bought this
console. All progress in the games I've been playing is saved under this new profile that is not connected to an active Live account. Is there a way to merge the two profiles?

Unfortunately, the only way to recover the Account would be if you know the Microsoft Account information. You would have needed the Xbox Account to be linked to an Microsoft Account for you to purchase content so you could add billing information. If you
remember any details of the Microsoft account, please try to reset the Microsoft Account:

Sorry to hear it. Please contact phone support. If you can answer some account specific questions then phone support will be able to provide you the email address of the gamertag. From there it will be up to you to remember or change the password.
