    I have disc to all of my games but the disc warning sign is there

    As above, there's nothing you can do about it. It will always have that unless you have the disc in the drive.

    As mentioned above, it was added with an update in 2023. As it's a new feature, it's not something they've announced they'll be removing any time soon.

    There is no way to get rid of it, and yes it is an Xbox feature. It was added as a feature this year to the Xbox One & Xbox Series consoles.
