Is there a way to get my gold tenure from my hacked account to my new one?

Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts.

If you contacted support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation, they should be able to get your account back and you can just keep using that.

Is there a fix? Ive been paying for gold for this long and my account getting hacked wasnt my fault. It would be nice for my tenure to show on my profile again

My husband and I combined our gold account profiles with the thrird gold profile that was on our xbox. We made the third one the primary account. Now that the family plan is discontinued, will we lose our tenure on the main two accounts once it expires?
Is there any way to keep our tenure once it expires..maybe by contacting support..could they fix it? I'd hate to lose my tenure after all these years, it's important!!

This happens when your account goes from gold to silver, then back to gold again. Like if I had a Gold Subscription for 3 years, uninterupted, my tenure would be 3 years. If I let my account go to silver for even a day, or less, my account tenure would reset
as Im not a gold member.

Did your Xbox Gold Account run out and then you renewed it 3 months later, if this is the case it would explain why your tenure was reset. From my understanding your Gold tenure status is based on how long you are a continuous Gold member for, if you have
a break between renewing your account and it reverts back to silver account it will reset your tenure. The only way to fix this is to continuously remain a Xbox Gold Member without reverting back to Silver Membership.
