    I had another xbox i had given up about 5 months ago, i got another one but it doesnt have the game i had already had downloaded to it, please help.

    You would need to be signed into the same account you used to buy the game and it should be available to redownload through your games and apps.

    Connection issues with Xbox 360/Xbox Live and Xfinity/Comcast. Tried all suggestions on the Xbox Live Port configuration page and have ALL ports forwarded/open. I have a hardline Ethernet cable connected to my system now and am still getting dropped.

    Im having this problem at the moment.. Is there any other way we can play without getting disconnected without another router..

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with wifi. Is it possible to plug in an ethernet cable just to confirm the console can get a network of any type?
