Is there a way to fix xbox one s, not showing available game updates?

I've downloaded Forza horizon 4 . Three days ago, an update came out which was exactly 750 MB. I added the update to my downloading list but I didn't start the downloading process. I went on and unplugged the console. after a day, I came back and I saw all the games that had added to my downloading list, were all gone (assuming they were all downloaded). So happily, I went to play the game that I knew I never downloaded its update. Now it won't start the game. It runs the game for 2 secs then kicks me out with the error "something went wrong" and it continues with " give it another try. If this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following error code: 0x87e30064 "

I know the reason of the error. The error is caused by not downloading the game's update. Now before the previous console (OS) update, it would be like this. I open the game, it kicks me out and says something like "oh there's an update for this game. Download it and then play the game". Now that update isn't showing in my updates list and there's nothing I can do about it. Before this when i started the game, it would suggest updating and now it's not.

Today it happened to me again but luckily the game was ready to start and when I started the game, it started downloading the game on it's own. When I restart my console, all of the games in my downloading list vanish, and the console shows that I've downloaded them all (not just updates). However, when I start each of those games, they won't start (because I HAVEN'T downloaded any of those games/updates).

Please help me if you know a way. I don't wanna reinstall the game since I have internet issues.
