    Is there a way to fix my in-game currency?


    Ive been having trouble recently with my account. Everything seems to work fine except for when i buy apex coins. It was working a couple weeks ago then when i got on one day my coins are gone not sure the exact amout i had probably around 4000-5000 give or take. I thought i may just not have loaded and with the new battle pass coming out i decided to buy more in preparation. When i bought them they were never accredited to my account. Ive reset my xbox and unplugged it for 1 minute like some people suggest but still nothing. I dont really want a refund just my coins. Please anyone let me know if there is something im doing wrong or if there is a fix. Thanks for your time!

    I have microsoft account balance in multiple currencies

    The only way to keep it to 1 currency is to only buy cards in the same currency as your region. Currency cannot be transferred to a different region's currency.

    LuvorHate - You don't need to enter any credit card details if you get the game from your console. It is currently a problem with the way the xbox.com marketplace is handling the switch to real currency. They are trying to fix it. Just go through the
    console for now.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. If the money is currency, there is no way of transferring the currency to another account. You can however buy the

    game as a gift     for the correct account. If unable to gift, you can use
    home console     and purchase it on the account the currency is redeemed on.
